Privacy notice

Who we are

American Traditional Mechanical provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning service from 198 Norway St, Lexington, KY 40503. You can reach us at (859) 377-8167. This notice explains what information we handle and how.

Information we collect

We collect information when you call us: your name, phone number, service address and what you tell us about your system. Our phone service may keep a record of the number that called and the time of the call.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These logs are used for security and to keep the site working.

How we use it

We use what you share on a call to schedule and perform service, prepare prices and invoices, and follow up about the work. We do not sell your information.

Services that load from other companies

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with them. The map on our Contact page loads from Google Maps only after you choose to show it. Those companies handle data under their own privacy policies.

When a call is passed to another company

On the rare occasion we pass a call to another qualified local heating and cooling company because our schedule is full, we share only what that company needs to help you, such as your name, number, address and the problem you described.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep service records as long as needed to support the work we did and to meet legal and tax obligations, and we limit access to the people who need it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call (859) 377-8167 to make a request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
