EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! My fuel oil furnace has been out for over a week. One company came three times and never repaired my furnace and I called American Traditional and they came the next day and got my furnace working without the needed parts the other company said I needed on a brand new furnace. Extremely detailed, honest and took the time to explain everything to me. If you have furnace in need of repair, call American Traditional Mechanical!!!! If you need a new furnace or air conditioner call American Traditional!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!! Especially on fuel oil furnaces! It's very hard to find anyone who can still work on fuel oil furnaces today!!! AMERICAN TRADITIONAL IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!

The heat pump for our second floor stopped working and a friend suggest I call Jim Hayes at American Traditional Mechanical. I've thanked my friend twice for the suggestion. Three years ago we replaced the first floor system using a different company and I am so glad I used ATM for this job. They were prompt, courteous, professional, and their price was very fair!

I had a furnace installed last winter, it was quite cold here in Lexington KY, in addition to the air conditioning unit. I have been very pleased-- and in these days somewhat surprised-- at the quick, courteous and efficient service on the original installation and follow-ups.

Over the years I have used several air conditioning contractors and in my experience American Traditional are one of the best in the business. They gave me an estimate and did not change it after the repair was done, finished the job in the time frame they gave me before hand and charged a very reasonable amount.
